Palmer-Donavin offers a very unique discretionary bonus plan we call “Appreciation Pay”. Based on the profitability of the company, appreciation bonuses are paid at the discretion of the Board of Directors to reward employees for contributing to the success of the company. This is in addition to the contributions the company makes to the ESOP plan and the 401K program.
All of these programs have been created as a way for the company to show a continued appreciation for the hard work and dedication of each employee.

Our health and dental benefits are designed to meet the individual needs of our employee owners. Palmer-Donavin offers three health insurance plans for eligible employees to choose from. Each plan comes with dental insurance as well as a wide selection of wellness benefits and programs to help you improve your personal health and well-being.

As an employee you will receive company paid life insurance benefits for you and your dependents free of charge. In addition to the company paid life insurance, Palmer-Donavin provides many other benefits including voluntary term life insurance, short and long-term disability, credit union membership, and paid time off including holidays, vacation, sick and personal time.
