We still believe in the power of a handshake and building relationships with our dealer partners is key. With 55 Outside Sales Representatives across 11 states, we strategically position them in smaller, more manageable territories. We offer a number of products, so we have Product Specialists for Cabinets, Doors, and Flooring.
Our team is made up of reliable professionals who make daily calls, setup training events, and are on-site delivering resources and samples to local dealers. While on the road, the team has access to analytics, data, and numerous product resources to share with our dealers to help them make their buying decisions.
We are proud to ship all deliveries on our own trucks with our own professional drivers. In total, we have nearly 100 trucks on the road every day. Many of our dealers receive at least two deliveries per week, while others receive up to four. We load all our trucks at night so customers can call up until closing and receive product the next day. We also run nightly transfers between our facilities so customers have access to all material in any warehouse within a couple of days.
Independent lumberyards make up our core customer base. We also service regional and national companies, and specialty retailers for Cabinets, Doors, and Flooring. We serve building materials out of our locations in Delphos, Grove City, Hebron, KY, Lansing, and North Jackson. We fabricate and distribute exterior doors from our facilities in Beloit, Hebron, OH, Hudson, and Lansing.
Connect is our ecommerce platform dealers have come to rely on to create professional quotes, submit orders, chat with Customer Service, track deliveries, and organize online payment. While it is already known to be a leading ecommerce site in our industry, we will continue to create more value and add functionality to optimize our dealers’ user experience. As a manufacturer partner, your products will be featured by category with images, product descriptions, and pricing readily available to the dealer. Our events have become some of the most attended in our industry. During our annual Winter Show, we host 60+ manufacturers and 400+ guests in a popular metropolitan city. The Winter Show schedule is packed with training, live demonstrations, and entertainment. Be one of our featured manufacturers and personally connect with our team, local dealers, and tradesmen. During this time, we also host an Online Training event for dealers who may not be able to attend. Throughout the year, local events also take place with our Field Sales Team and dealers to create training opportunities and continue to build relationships.
It is our mission to help our dealers succeed. That’s why we offer a variety of marketing support to help our customers advertise and build awareness for your products. We are here to help create value for you as the manufacturer and as an extension of our dealer’s marketing team. Our in-house graphic designer can create or use marketing assets you provide to build both print and digital resources to support their business. In addition, our marketing specialists can offer advice on many areas including contractor events, product promotions, blog articles, and social media.
